Houston George Bush Intercontinental (IAH). United Airlines flight UA462 to Los Angeles (LAX) shadowed by United Express/ Republic Airways flight UA3505/YX3505 to Lewisville International (SDF) both taxi for early afternoon departure.
Each aircraft is wearing the hybrid ‘Globe’ livery adopted when Continental and United merged in 2010 retaining Continental’s livery, maintaining a design dating back to 1991. In 2019 United revealed a new slightly modified livery which replaced the tail globe’s gold for light blue.
