SNCF Paris Gare du Nord
Paris Gare du Nord, or officially Paris Nord, is the busiest railway station in Europe with 214 million annual passengers. The iconic station was designed by the French architect Jacques Hittorff for the Chemin de Fer du Nord railway and built between 1861 and 1864. It is located close to Gare de l’Est / Gare Est.
SNCF’s TGV, TER, Tansilien and RER divisions serve Gare du Nord. In addition, International Eurostar services to London and Thalys Services to Brussels/Amsterdam operate out of the station.
